From a local estate and in pre-owned condition. The metal has patena, some surface scuffs or scratches as you would expect from being used and age. Structurely it is very sound and works properly. It measures approximately 5 1/4 x 3 1/8 x 1 1/8 and has a 5 wrist strap. Please check the photos. It does not include any accessories other than the power applicator.
