Theta Axis Coarse/Fine Rotation Stage - φ65, M6 / KSP-656M-M6
This is a dovetail-type theta (rotation) coarse/fine adjustment stage that allows for 360° coarse rotation and fine adjustment (selectable from micrometer head or fine pitch screw).
Coarse adjustment is achieved by directly rotating the top surface of the stage. For fine adjustment, the coarse stage is clamped, and adjustment is performed using a micrometer head or fine pitch screw (±5°).
The fine adjustment mechanism is equipped with opposing clamps, allowing the fine adjustment mechanism to be locked.
