The half-cut type comes as a set of two. They are relatively easy to carry, and when placed side-by-side vertically, they measure about 80cm, allowing you to perform exercises similar to those done on the Stretch Pole EX/MX. (The hardness is the same as EX.) Many people use them for business trips, travel, training camps, and away games.

When placed with the flat side down, the height is 7.5cm, about half that of the EX. The bottom is also flat, making it more stable to use than the EX or MX. Therefore, we recommend the half-cut type for those who find the EX unstable and intimidating to use, or for those whose back muscles are stiff and movement is limited due to injury or age.
