This vintage piece is a unique mixed-media assemblage by Seattle-based folk artist Dick Libby. He is known for creating one-of-a-kind weathervanes and sculptures from salvaged materials like wood, metal, and found objects. Materials: He typically uses wood and metal salvaged from housing renovations. I love the metal wing nut he used for the little propeller! This came from the estate of a large Dick Libby collector in Seattle. Measures 10” long x 6.5” tall (total length and height) Depth Top of boat 2.75” Bottom of boat .75” Excellent vintage condition!
