Compact High-Speed Ice Maker (White)
VS-ICE07WH
Manufactured in 2024
Recommended for those who want to make ice that melts slowly and quickly. When we tested the ice made, more than 80% remained after 1 minute in water. Compared to some products that melted about half in 1 minute, this product is top-class in its resistance to melting. The appeal is that your drink won't become diluted even if you drink slowly.
Furthermore, the ice-making speed is a speedy 9 minutes and 30 seconds. While cube-shaped ice makers we compared took about 20-30 minutes, cap-shaped ones like this product tend to make ice quickly. Although the amount of ice produced in the first batch is not large at 44.2g, as the manufacturer claims, the ice-making speed is fast, and you are unlikely to run out of ice.
⚫︎Low running cost of approximately 146 yen per month with 2 hours of operation per day. Considering the average of all products we compared was about 170 yen, the running cost is very low.
⚫︎The drain port at the bottom is large, making it easy and quick to drain by simply removing the stopper.
⚫︎The main unit weighs approximately 7.6kg, which is light compared to others, making it not too difficult to move.
⚫︎The ice produced is cap-shaped with a hole in the center. The approximate ice size is a diameter of 2.5cm x length of 3.0cm, and the size cannot be changed. The ice-making process automatically stops when there is insufficient water in the water tank or when the ice storage case is full.
