Colorful Owl Bank

Description
Bright green owl bank with orange and pink accents. I believe this is a vintage 1960s Japan holiday fair bank but there are no markings. Stopper looks new and likely replaced the original. Good condition overall with some paint imperfections and splatters from the initial time of painting/glazing.
