Description
This is a bolt of fabric from Iito Seishi, a long-established manufacturer and weaver specializing in high-quality Kyoto silk textiles.
It was stored folded flat with the ends secured by white thread.
I carefully cut a small portion of the securing thread and unfolded it to check the pattern. There appear to be no noticeable stains or spots in the middle section. The beautiful gradient from deep green to brown, along with the vibrant and eye-catching colors of the flowers, makes this a truly striking piece.
