Vintage mid-century molded plastic figural brooch featuring a fashionable lady in a dramatic red cape with purple and yellow accents. The design is hand painted and styled with a purple hat, textured skirt, and ribbon details. This unsigned brooch measures approximately 3 1/2 long and 1 1/4 wide.
