With the Iri Jozu manual coffee roaster, you can easily roast coffee beans at home and enjoy freshly roasted coffee just the way you like it.

It's simple to use! Just put the green beans in the roaster and shake it back and forth over a gas stove for 3-5 minutes. The green beans will rotate, allowing anyone to roast them evenly.

Body is made of aluminum with good thermal conductivity, surface is anodized, handle is natural wood.

Used for about 2 years.
The inside of the roaster had become black from the oils released by the green beans. I removed as much as possible (using baking soda, citric acid, and boiling), but it is not completely clean. I stopped there because further cleaning might damage the main body.
I believe this does not affect its use.
