Gibson SG Standard Ebony (Black) 2001 Model

This is a listing for a Gibson SG Standard in Ebony (Black) from 2001.

I purchased this guitar for my collection and have not played it at all since acquiring it.

It is in very clean condition overall, but there are some minor dings on the cutaway on the 1st string side, next to the strap pin, and around the back of the end pin. There are also some scuff marks near the edge of the back panel.

The fingerboard is rosewood with a beautiful grain.

The pickups are likely 490R (front) and 490T (rear) (apologies if this is incorrect).

The neck is straight, and I have not adjusted the truss rod since purchasing it (I was told there was ample room for adjustment in both directions at the time of purchase).

I estimate that over 90% of the fret life remains.

This guitar still features the standard ABR-1 bridge (models from this era also came standard with a hard case and have a more premium feel than the current Gibson SG Standard with the larger pickguard).

The strap pins have likely been replaced with an older type of Schaller (the original pins are included).

The string gauge is 10-46, the same as when I purchased it.

The weight is 3.24kg.

The accessories are all shown in the images (the serial number on the checklist is incorrect, but this was common with products from this era).

The hard case is in excellent condition, almost unused (there may be some minor rust).
