SWIX ski bag with adjustable shoulder strap.
I used to fit two 160cm skis in here. In this case, you'll need to choose your skis carefully. If the skis don't have plates and aren't too thick, even 165cm skis fit. There are no dividers, so the skis will move around, but if you don't mind that, I was able to squeeze in two pairs of poles.
I also used it for one pair of adult skis and one pair of children's skis.
There are some minor scuffs, but the material is quite sturdy, so it's still usable.
