RICCAR Electric Antique Sewing Machine
This is a vintage RICCAR sewing machine released in the Showa era. It has a YDK motor (YM-40) installed, allowing it to be used as an electric sewing machine with a foot controller.
The sewing machine body has scratches, rust, paint peeling, and dirt. As shown in the 9th image, the sliding plate is discolored, but there are no rough spots or unevenness. I purchased it used and do not know the details, so please check the images carefully. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item or are concerned about minor details.
The sewing machine body is made of metal and is sturdy, but it weighs approximately 15kg (including the wooden base, motor, and foot controller), so it is heavy.
I test-stitched leather before listing, and it sewed without any problems. The 11th image shows the front, and the 12th image shows the back. I used #20 and #30 thread without any issues. The motor and foot controller are used and old, but I believe they are currently in good working order. The sewing speed can be switched between low (L) and high (H) using the switch. Bobbin case, bobbins, and needles are included. The test-stitched sample is not included.
We cannot provide support for usage methods, so please only purchase if you are familiar with how to use it and can perform adjustments, inspections, and maintenance.
Please only purchase if you understand and agree to the above. Please ask any questions before purchasing. Thank you.
