New-Ray Messerschmitt Bf 109 Plastic 1:48 Scale WWII German Fighter Model Toy

A plastic recreation of the Messerschmitt Bf 109, the primary single-engine fighter of the German Air Force throughout WWII, shown here in a mottled green-and-gray camouflage scheme with black national insignia crosses, a yellow 1 tactical number, and tail code 1716.  Made by New-Ray, confirmed by the raised NewRay logo molded into the underside wing panel (see close-up photo). The model features a spinning-style propeller, clear cockpit canopy, and fixed tailwheel landing gear typical of the type.  Material: molded plastic throughout (propeller, canopy, landing gear), finished in a painted camouflage scheme with decal markings. Small internal fasteners may be metal, but the body and all visible parts are plastic.  Measures approximately 7 inches long, consistent with New-Ray's 1:48-range military aircraft.  Condition: pre-owned, sold loose without the original box. Paint and decals are in solid shape overall, with a few small light scratches per close inspection — no cracks, chips, or missing parts.
