We created this skewer stand after much trial and error, driven by the desire to grill and eat fish over a shichirin (traditional Japanese charcoal grill)!
This is a skewer stand that can be attached to a grill net.
The far-infrared effect of the charcoal will make your fish deliciously plump. You should be able to enjoy the feeling of grilling fish over a country-style irori (sunken hearth).

Skewers from the 100-yen shop DAISO fit perfectly. It is also likely that you can use skewers from a barbecue grill net, as long as the clips can grasp it.
We highly recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy delicious outdoor cooking.

Please note that each item will be disassembled, packaged, and shipped with instructions. The shichirin is not included.
