I understand these were distributed to competition officials on the day.
This is an official design T-shirt from the Asian Masters (swimming) held in Nagoya in 2018.
I received it from an acquaintance, but it didn't fit, so I kept it stored in a clothing case.
I have never worn it, but as shown in photo 12, there are some loose threads on the sleeves and chest area.
