This is salted sea bream skin used for scorpionfish fishing.
Unlike fish skin generated during seafood processing, this is processed from the beginning for bait, so it has a good amount of flesh attached to the skin. It's not just a simple fillet; the thickness has been adjusted.
The flesh peeling off at the initial bite leads to the main bite.
Using durable fish skin makes it difficult for bait to be stolen, making it a strong ally for mid-deep fishing.
Even if all the flesh comes off and only the skin remains, you can still catch fish, but the catch rate will decrease. If only the skin remains during use, we recommend combining it with less durable bait such as mackerel or saury.
Please cut it at home with a kitchen knife or on-site with sharp scissors before use.

This is a winter-only product, and due to the salting process, it can be stored at room temperature to some extent, so it will be shipped at room temperature.
Once it arrives, storing it in the freezer will allow for long-term use.

Processed at home by a fishing enthusiast. Parts with small bones or other elements that do not affect usability have not been processed.
We recommend using it in approximately 1cm wide strips, about 7-15cm long. Both the white belly side and the black back side can be used for fishing, but diagonal cuts that mix white and black have shown good results. The back skin is more durable, so please insert the hook into the back side.
