This is an authentic Go board with legs, boasting a thickness of 6 sun (approximately 18cm), showcasing the exquisite craftsmanship of artisans.
It is constructed using the full-surface veneer (side veneer) method, where beautiful quarter-sawn wood is luxuriously laminated onto a core of Shin Kaya (new kaya). This technique gives it the dignified appearance of a top-grade quarter-sawn board from any angle.
It has been carefully stored with a dedicated paulownia wood cover (protective cover), resulting in an exceptionally good condition of the board surface.
