API 500 Series Standard Saturation and Filter by Louder Than Liftoff - STAGE II
This is a saturation and filter unit from Louder Than Liftoff, a highly regarded recent garage manufacturer whose plugins have also been praised.
It's a multi-functional unit that includes a module emulating the HPF and LPF of the vintage SuperFilter unit, a module recreating the distortion of the SSL 4000E console (+8K high shelf EQ), and a tilt EQ controlled by a single knob.
It's useful for adding color and preparing vocals and line instruments during recording.
