This is a cool half-juban (under-kimono shirt) made from Takashima Chijimi, a fabric that has been gaining attention in recent years as comfortable innerwear and clothing material for summer.

What is a Half-Juban?
Originally worn by dancers instead of a full juban, it's a clever combination of an undergarment and a juban.
It's less likely to come undone because leg movements don't affect the upper body, and it's easier to put on than a full juban.

It also allows you to wear kimonos with varying sleeve lengths (like those found in recycled kimonos) without worrying about the juban sleeve length.
By sewing on Velcro at the armholes and preparing interchangeable sleeves, it can easily transform into a uso-tsuki juban (a juban with detachable sleeves).

While a full juban is necessary for formal occasions, a half-juban is recommended for casual scenes due to its ease of wear and care.

It's not as quick and easy as a T-shirt half-juban, but it offers more room for personal expression, making it highly recommended for those who want to customize their style!
