I purchased this at an electronics retailer and used it.
Printing became difficult after I stopped using genuine ink.
It might be fixable by using genuine ink, but since I no longer use it, I've decided to sell it. Occasionally, a message appears saying Cover is open.
The exterior is still clean as the protective seals have not been removed.
This would be great for someone who can repair it or is looking for parts.
Thank you.
