Neo Cabin Ogawa Rare Tent

This is the discontinued Ogawa Neo Cabin tent.
Everything shown in the images is included: the tent body, poles, standing tape, poles for the awning, and their respective storage bags.
Pegs and guy ropes are not included, but I can provide new Ogawa guy ropes if needed.
I've used it with care and have fond memories of it, but it hasn't been used in about 3 years, so I'm selling it as part of decluttering. I don't believe there are any major stains, but there might be small holes in the skirt area.
There is also a small hole in the ceiling (not large enough to cause leaks).

Ogawa NEO CABIN
Perfect size (4.8m length x 3m width x 2m height) that can be used as a shelter for parties (recommended for around 6 people with tables and chairs) or as an inner tent for a 2-room setup (recommended for 3 adults + α).
Aluminum frame achieves both storability and lightweight goals.
Large mesh panels on the sides can be fully opened, and the entrance has a ventilator. The skirt (mudguard) blocks insects and provides excellent ventilation for free airflow.
On cold nights, closing it fully with the skirt blocking cold air allows for year-round use.
Easy setup with the included self-standing tape.

■Condition
The poles are not bent. There is a small hole less than 1cm on the skirt, but it is not a significant tear.
It has been dried after each use, so there is no mold or seam lifting.
Some fine grass from the last place it was used may be mixed in, as it couldn't be completely removed.
