Description
This is a conga from Mountain Rhythm, a now-defunct Canadian percussion manufacturer. I purchased it used and have been using it. While there are signs of age-related deterioration on the hoops, etc., there are no issues with its use or sound.
The shell is made of mahogany, which is rare nowadays, and it has a substantial construction. It is heavy, but produces a very rich sound.
Personally, I preferred using it with a lower tuning.

The item will be shipped with simple packaging: the head will be protected with cardboard, and the entire conga will be wrapped securely with bubble wrap.
