This is a high-capacity 8TB system disk HDD for MR-BXT3000 creation.

The receiving end is set to 8TB to maximize the performance of the BXT3000.

Please choose your preferred partitioning method.

1. Standard Recording Area: 0.5TB, Channel Recording Area: 7.5TB
Maximize recording duration using 8TB. This option is for those who want to enjoy channel recording to the fullest with long-term automatic recording.

2. Standard Recording Area: 2TB, Channel Recording Area: 6TB
This option provides storage space comparable to a standard recorder.
With 6TB for channel recording, this capacity is more than sufficient for typical use.
2TB allows for saving from the channel recording side and worry-free standard scheduled recordings.

3. Standard Recording Area: 4TB, Channel Recording Area: 4TB
This option prioritizes standard scheduled recordings. The standard storage area is a massive 4TB.
While the channel recording area is 4TB, it still allows for sufficient time-shift recording duration.
This option could be considered for recording enthusiasts.

To partition, purchase an HDD cloning stand with two HDD slots.

Place this product in the source slot and an 8TB HDD in the destination slot.
Be absolutely sure not to mix up the slots.
Reversing them will erase the system data to be copied.
Next, follow the stand's instructions to complete the clone, then install it in your recorder.
Enter the settings screen by pressing any button except the power switch and home button,
and format the HDD to complete the setup.

The cloning stand can be used as an external HDD, so it won't go to waste.
Furthermore, unlike sealed external HDDs, the HDD is exposed, allowing for better cooling and increased safety.

Regarding HDD type, the BXT3000 can be used even without AV commands.
Completely functional HDDs that are no longer needed from a PC can be used, even if old.
HDDs that show Caution in the CrystalDiskInfo inspection software cannot be used.
