Yamaha Upright Piano 88 Keys with Bench DUP-7

I am listing this item on Mercari because I am moving.
It is a beautiful mahogany with a smooth, silky feel.
I practiced and performed Liszt's Liebesträume on this piano for a recital.

A highly recommended feature is that the key touch is heavier than a standard digital piano, allowing you to practice with a weight closer to that of an upright or grand piano.

The ability to practice day or night was also a great appeal.

I have uploaded a video of myself playing (I'm not very good, so please don't expect much!) on Instagram Reels at the URL below.
If you would like to get a feel for the sound, I would be happy if you could refer to it.
(My account is not private, so you don't need to follow me. Also, you will not be notified if you watch the video, so please rest assured.)

I would appreciate it if you would consider purchasing with shipping costs paid by the buyer.
If you wish, I can arrange for shipping through Tokyo Piano Transport, whom I have used before. (They provided good service, and I have used them twice.)
I currently live in a two-story house in Itabashi Ward, and there are approximately 20 steps to go up and down to move the piano outside.
