This is an extremely rare sterling silver harmonica, a collaboration between Tiffany & Co. and Hohner. It comes with its original case.

It has been stored in a desk drawer for a long time, so I believe it is in beautiful condition as shown in the photos.
I don't think its value will decrease from here.
There are cases with scratches and dirt that are still sold for over 45,000 yen.
