The condition is as shown in the photos.

There are wrinkles and lifting on what appear to be shoulder pads.

There are widespread black stains and dirt.

The Velcro around the cuffs appears to have been repaired with fabric glue or something similar.

The inside has some lifting of the seam tape, but it is cleaner than the outside.

This is a used item that shows considerable signs of wear and dirt.
