This is an alligator strap that came with a Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso One. The color is somewhere between gray and navy. The lug width is 14mm, and the buckle side is approximately 12mm (measured). As the photos show, there is some discoloration and cracking. It doesn't feel like it will tear. Would be suitable for refinishing or for parts.
