I received this previously but haven't had much opportunity to use it. I have seasoned it once, and would like to pass it on to someone who will use it.
This is a direct-flame cooking earthenware pot made by Kōbei Kiln.
It allows for stone oven-style cooking, is excellent in heat resistance and heat retention, and has a sophisticated design that can be brought directly to the dining table.
