At my travel destination, I didn't know how to unlock it
so I cut it with pliers.

There are some scuffs here and there, but it rolls smoothly.
The interior is clean, and the exterior is 80% like new.

I contacted the manufacturer about replacing the lock, and they said it is possible to purchase parts.
(However, this is for those who are confident in replacing it themselves or can fix it.
We cannot accept complaints if the manufacturer cannot fix it.)

*This is for those who can use it creatively, such as cutting off the zipper pull and attaching another lock.
Please consider this as a junk item.
