I purchased this in New Zealand in 2018 for approximately 40,000 yen. This model is not sold in Japan. It's a slightly thin quilted jacket with merino wool filling, but the cuffs are ribbed wool, and the pockets are also made of wool, making it comfortable and warm. There is a tear on the bottom right hem, which has been repaired with black correction tape, but it's on the hem so it's not very noticeable. Also, part of the logo is peeling off, but it's small and I don't think it's very noticeable. I have washed it in the washing machine, but overall it hasn't lost its shape, and I have used it for many years.
