This is a high-end RELAX FORM sofa, originally priced around ￥300,000.

Material: Leathertex, easy to care for.

The backrests are adjustable forward and backward, allowing you to extend them to lie down. The armrests are also angle-adjustable.

[Usage Period]
1 year

[Dimensions]
Width: Approx. 266cm (2-piece construction)
Depth: Approx. 111-183cm
Height: Approx. 83cm
Seat Height: Approx. 39cm

[Condition]
There is a burn mark and tear on the underside of the sofa in one spot.
This is located on the bottom, not the front where it's normally used, so it does not affect daily use such as sitting.
The burn mark has been repaired by an amateur; please check the photos for the condition underneath the repair.
Otherwise, it is in relatively clean condition, but there are some minor stains (photo 8) and loose threads (photo 10).

It is still in usable condition, so we would like to sell it to someone who understands that it is a used item.

??Local Pickup Only??
Please only purchase if you can pick it up from our home.

As this is a large item, please be prepared to handle the transportation and loading yourself.

It can be removed through the large window next to the sofa.
The sofa can be separated into two pieces, but the total weight is approximately 97kg, so we recommend at least two men for transport during removal.

*However, if you pick it up on a Saturday or Sunday, we can assist with loading, so it's okay to come alone.
