Antique Buddhist statue, iron Buddha, in shrine, Kannon Bodhisattva, large, extra large, shrine

Old Buddhist statue, appears to be made of iron.
It sticks to a magnet, so it seems to be an iron Buddha.

The height of the Buddha statue to the head is approximately 45 cm.
It is quite large. Large iron Buddhas seem to be rare.

The height of the shrine is approximately 65.3 cm.

It seems to have been in the warehouse of an old shrine in the Kansai region. Currently, the generations have changed, the shrine has been demolished, and there is no one to manage it, so it has become available.

There is no documentation left, so details such as the era are unknown.

There are marks indicating something was placed between the shrine and the Buddha statue. When I received it, the Buddha statue was on top of beautiful Japanese paper. There are also marks where Japanese paper was attached inside the shrine.

The Buddha statue is quite rusty. The shrine is also old and has turned black.

I have included many images, so please refer to them for details. I am not knowledgeable about Buddhist statues, so I may not be able to answer your questions. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you.
