◎ Easy Pine Needle Cider Recipe
?Make a sugar water solution with 300cc of water and 30g of sugar.
?Lightly rinse the pine needles. Some people don't rinse them, but there's a possibility of sand and dirt adhering, so a very light rinse is recommended.
?Pack the pine needles tightly into a bottle or other container.
?Fill the container with the sugar water solution up to 90% of its capacity.
?This is the important part: Place it in direct sunlight for about 3 days. While it depends on the weather, mine was ready in about 3-4 days.
