With growing concern about building materials, including sick house syndrome and installer health issues, polyester insulation is made from a material free from concerns about volatile organic compounds and harmful combustion gases.

Resistance to Settling
Polyester does not absorb moisture, so it will not sag under its own weight. Polyester is made of strong fibers that are bonded at their intersections. Like a pantograph, they exert a force to return to their original shape when pressure is applied. Therefore, the shape is maintained semi-permanently after installation, and the insulation performance is sustained. Furthermore, polyester resin is a material that deteriorates less over time compared to foamed materials, can be used for over 100 years, and effectively stores reusable resources within the wall structure.

Approximately 20,000 PET bottles recycled per house
The energy required to produce this product using recycled PET bottles is 1/5 to 1/2 or less of that required to produce it from new petroleum-based raw materials. For a 150m2 wooden house, approximately 20,000 500ml PET bottles are recycled. This is equivalent to filling the walls with about 1 ton of carbon dioxide, which is comparable to the volume of about 25 Olympic-sized swimming pools.
