The 13 Star Pea Coat is modeled after a historically rare vintage piece made by the U.S. Navy between the 1910s and 1930s. This early model is characterized by its 10 buttons, 4 pockets, and a chin strap at the neck.
The material is a luxurious blend of extremely smooth, soft, yet thick, high-grade cashmere wool, and the lining is made of thick, very fine cupro fabric.
The buttons are hand-carved from genuine water buffalo horn, with the vintage-style 13 stars deeply engraved into them.
