This is what many (about half?) of the graduates wear at the University of Tokyo graduation ceremony.
I received this item from someone else, but since it's generally only used for graduation ceremonies and photoshoots, there are no noticeable damages.
Although it's a size S, it's an outerwear item, so it runs large. I believe it can be worn by individuals up to around 170 cm tall.
Additionally, it comes with a light blue patch (Faculty of Education) that is fastened with a safety pin, though many people don't use it.

The photos have a slight bluish tint; in reality, it appears slightly brownish.
