Purchased several years ago, but I bought a different jacket, so this has been stored at home unused. I believe it was around 4500 yen. The ribbon is detachable. There was a slight fraying or similar condition as shown in the 4th photo from the beginning. It's near the side of the armpit, so I don't think it's too noticeable, but please check the photos before purchasing.
