This is the Kawaguchi Giken indoor drying pole HOSURAIN QL-15-W. The color is white.

It is extendable from 95cm to 154cm.
It's a square-shaped drying pole, which makes it difficult for hangers to move, and I personally find it very easy to use.

I used it for indoor drying in a rental property, so there are a few small dings and scuffs, but overall it is clean and in good condition.
It has not been used outdoors or in the bathroom.
It has been cleaned with alcohol for this listing.

I am selling it because I moved and replaced it with a longer model of the same product (QL-23-W).
The box will be from the new one I purchased.
The instruction manual appears to be the same for both models.
