● Product Description: This is a new, free-shipping product for cooking and pastry making, manufactured in our own domestic factory.

　The top surface is polished to a high shine, and the four corners are R-cut. The top and bottom edges are chamfered to prevent injury.
　The back is equipped with four cork sheets for scratch prevention and anti-slip, as shown in the third image.

　Natural marble has high thermal conductivity and low specific heat capacity, making it cool to the touch. This helps to suppress the temperature rise of dough, preventing it from becoming sticky. It is very useful for kneading pizza, bread, pie, and pastry dough, as well as for chocolate confectionery.

　We supply custom-sized white marble rolling boards to patisseries, Japanese confectioneries, pizzerias, cafes, and more across the country, and they are favored by professionals. This product, however, is a popular size that is easy to handle at home. Here are some customer comments:

　As a characteristic of this stone type, pinholes (small natural pores) may be present, but they do not affect the function of the rolling board.

　Due to the nature of natural stone, there may be unavoidable minor chips or very small scratches. Please understand that there may be small chips on the back side due to material reasons, which do not affect use.
