The mushroom substrate is made in-house using oak and other hardwood sawdust, mixed with rice bran, wheat bran, malt husks, and lime from Hiroshima oysters. All raw materials are domestically produced.

This insect mat is created by aerobically fermenting hardwood sawdust decomposed by mycelia during mushroom cultivation, further broken down by the action of microorganisms.

The mat, decomposed in two stages and aged, has amazing water retention capabilities.
