I purchased this about 10 years ago when I needed a mourning suit with a front opening.
The jacket has a slightly flared hem, like a peplum, creating a beautiful silhouette when worn. The size is 6.
The pants are slightly tapered and ankle-length. The size is 8.
There was an attached collar, like a bow tie, but I lost it because I didn't use it and took it off. There is a slight crease on the right collar of the jacket.
