This is a large-capacity outdoor storage bench (storage shed) from the Israeli resin furniture brand Keter.
This is the model sold on Amazon for approximately 28,000 yen.
With its wood-like design, it's a size that easily blends into balconies, terraces, and gardens.
Being made of resin, it won't rust or rot and is maintenance-free.
It has a load capacity for sitting, so it can be used not only for storage but also as a bench.
