This was used by my daughter.
The cushion was custom-made to fit my daughter's body shape. The cushion can be cut with a cutter, so you can adjust it to fit your child's body shape and use it.
The cover is made of mesh and is washable.
Regarding the first photo, it will be fine if it fits the size of your current wheelchair.
The cover has some fuzziness, and the sponge inside is chipped.
