I've decided to part with it because I can no longer bake as much as I'd like after moving.
I had a home baking class before moving, and this was a new one purchased for my students.
I ended up moving without using it, so I hope it can be useful to someone else.

Simply unfold the mat to knead and roll dough anywhere you like. It's made of silicone, so it adheres to your table or work surface and won't slip. The matte finish on the surface prevents dough from sticking, making it very convenient. It features measurement markings on all four sides and a circular guide in the center, as well as dividing lines that are helpful for portioning bread or cutting cakes into equal parts.
This silicone mat is easy to use, can be washed whole, and folds up compactly.
Most pastry boards are large and cannot be folded, which is convenient but also takes up a lot of space. This silicone mat, when in use, is a wide 50cm x 40cm. When folded into four, it becomes 25cm x 20cm, and when rolled up, it's as thin as a rolling pin, making it very compact.
The silicone on the back grips securely and prevents slipping, making kneading easy. When kneading bread, you apply force, and a pastry board might shift, but this silicone mat lies flat and adheres perfectly to smooth tables or work surfaces. It's less likely to slip, making it ideal for kneading and rolling dough.
The measurement lines on all four sides and the center dividing line are very convenient.
It comes with measurement markings: a scale with 1cm increments on all four sides, a circular guide with 3cm increments in the center, and newly added dividing lines. These are very useful for dividing dough into equal portions or measuring the length of dough you want to roll out. The dividing lines allow you to place a plate on top and cut along the line for perfectly equal portions.
