I am an amateur, but I will do my best to accommodate your requests.
This was ordered at the time of building a new house but was never installed.
I found it in the back of a storage room while cleaning the house.
It has been stored for approximately 15 years and 3 months.
It has been opened for photography.
*Notes before purchasing*
As this is a new, unused, and unopened item, I have not inspected it. Therefore, there is a possibility of dirt, scratches, etc.
