I purchased this at an orthopedic clinic due to a suspected meniscus tear, but I only used it 2-3 times. There were small dots in the middle from the beginning, but there are no holes and it's slightly flattened. This does not affect its use. It is for the left leg and contains metal stays on both sides that allow for bending. I purchased it around October 2025 for about 40,000 yen. It comes with two inner sleeves, but one has shrunk slightly after washing.
