The Gambler, Mr. FATMAN's only Western model, is a fedora characterized by its slim teardrop-shaped high crown and long brim.
To reproduce American vintage hats, we used 140g of rugged, heavy-ounce wool felt, which is not typically used in mass-produced items due to cost and technical limitations. The teardrop crown, designed for comfort, and the impactful long brim create a wild yet elegant impression.
The brim is cut raw without piping for a rugged feel, and the thin ribbon adds a subtle accent.
This exquisite piece is carefully crafted by a long-established Japanese workshop with exceptional skills, under the design and supervision of THE FAT HATTER.
