This is a Japanese undergarment (slip) for summer wear, such as yukata.
The upper half is made of cotton, and the lower half is made of Toray's Siljely polyester.
Although it is unused, I noticed yellowing at the folds of both shoulders after opening it. I washed it, and the yellowing is gone.
