■Regarding Unopened and Unused Herman Miller Products
The Herman Miller products sold by our company are genuine manufacturer products.
Please be assured that these are not 訳あり商品 (訳あり商品 - products with defects or issues) such as reproductions, recycled items, counterfeit products, or refurbished items.
Accessories include a small instruction manual booklet, but please note that the manufacturer's warranty and manufacturing stickers are not included.

This item is unopened and unused, but as it is considered pre-owned, it is only eligible for the manufacturer's paid warranty. We also offer our own warranty, which may be more advantageous than the manufacturer's warranty. Please inquire separately if interested. In principle, repairs can be made by covering the round-trip shipping costs, similar to the manufacturer's warranty.
