Description

This is a Santoku knife made of Damascus steel. I bought it because it looks cool, but I'm selling it because I've barely used it.
There are patterns on the cross-section of the steel, and I believe it's genuine Damascus steel. The hammered finish makes it easy for vegetables to slide off. I feel like knives with such flashy patterns aren't commonly sold in Japan.
